Element Technical Services is actively hiring for the following position:
APPRENTICE MECHANIC
*$2,000 Signing Bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative
maintenance on Frac and Coiled Tubing equipment - Assist in ensuring
maintenance inspections are completed within designated timelines and
documented as per industry standard - Learn to diagnose and
repair mechanical issues under the guidance of senior mechanics - Complete paperwork
efficiently and in a timely manner - Record and trach
equipment deficiencies - Participate in safety
meetings and provide feedback on equipment modifications and
specifications - Assist experienced
mechanics with field repairs as required - Maintain a clean and
organized work area - Follow all safety
protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Coiled
Tubing, Fracturing, and truck and trailer equipment is considered an asset
for this position, but not required - Strong computer and
communications skills are an asset - Valid Class 5 driver’s
license - Strong mechanical
aptitude and problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn
and take direction from experienced mechanics - Grade 12 education
