At Element Technical Services, community support isn’t just a responsibility—it’s a source of pride.

Earlier this June, our frac supervisors Ryan Duggan and Randy Reiland transported tipi poles from Burnt Lake to Red Deer, helping bring tradition and culture to two local high schools: Pines Alternative School and Lindsey Thurber High School.

On June 16, the tipi at Pines Alternative School was raised and honored with a special blessing ceremony—a moment of meaning and pride for everyone involved.

We’re grateful to be part of initiatives that strengthen our communities and celebrate Indigenous heritage.
